this is the boat i built last year (top pic),race it some and stripped it down last winter. trimmed allmost 80lbs using foam core and less wood Getting 34-36 with a Yamaha 20 hp using a ballistic prop (10x14) had a mercury 20hp on it last year with a mercury chopper prop (10x18) was getting 38-40 mph prop was too heavy ,took a long while to get up to speed.

    What prop did you get?

The attachment in your last post isn't viewable.

My experience with the Mini Vee is you raise the motor as high as you can without losing cooling water. That's not overly high with a 25/35 OMC. Your motor may be different.

Again, your latest photo shows as a link, which only leads to an error message.

Now that prop is another one of those pieces of artwork that look great without even being on the engine.

one day ill get me a ron hill prop, and treasure it, they just look so perfect.

and if those pics are with that prop, then it works as good as it looks too.
