    Default 93 yamaba 40

New to me 93 40 yamaha....oil injected. Using the motor on a 250 lb. Wooden molded plywood run about. Planning on turning the motor no more than 6500 rpm. How good is the oil injection for hi rpm? What is the best thru hub prop for this motor.

the biggest prop that will give those revs at the highest speed.

what have you got on the motor at the moment and what revs and speed do you get now ?

always did chuck the oil pump. best to try an aluminum prop and see how she goes, then go from there up or down in pitch, they don't like a lot of diamiter.
