I want to buy a cleaver properller but which diameter and pitch is the best for my boat ? 18.6 feets long and 800 pounds ? Im looking for 12" diameter and 19-21 pitch ... Did you think I'm in the right direction ??!

Not really sure about props for anything that isn't a thundercat...
First thing is to make sure you have the biggest engine you can put on the hull, no point modifying a small engine when a bigger one can be put on - better reliability and engine will last longer.
I think you're in the right ball park, i don't think I'm really qualified to answer the prop question. You want to get a tachometer and a gps, will help massively when prop tuning.

You do not want a cleaver prop. Stay with a round ear that will carry the bow weight.
