Yamaha carb emulsion tube removal

I have a extra set of yamaha 30hp carbs and would like to bore them out, but I can't get the tubes out? I'm afraid if I apply any more pressure something will break.

i think the main jet holds it in place ,some times they get stuck, sonic tank, 100%Yamaha carb dip.............. or 40hp carbs...
