Ron, I've been offering free (which might be what it's worth) advice to a guy named Randy who has built himself a "Minimost" playboat of the sort that are now called sea fleas. In his photos his the prop that came on his motor looks pretty shaggy and probably doesn't have nearly enough pitch to load the engine with his little boat. I told him that you have more experience propping more sorts of fast pleasure boats and race boats than anyone, and that if he trailers his assembled rig down to your shop (he finds he is only an hour away) that you can also advise him on set-up and whatever else. He is on a website of people who have these sorts of boats, plus a few old racing runabouts and hydros, and when Randy reports back on his happy experience, you might get more business from that crowd.
