Default This is way back history

This is a Fay & Bowen race boat, Davids is the person who designed, built and raced for the company, I for get his first name. If I remember my story right it is Pat Davids grandfather and Jerrys great grandfather. He was in charge of the outboard line for the company. I also hd two of the outboards that the company sold called the Middy. I still have my 1931. After the company finally closed, he built some more of these outboards later with a relative. He also built some race boats for Pat and others who asked him. I have one of those from the early 60's. Pat told me that they made 3 of this style. Enjoy, Syd

Size: 198.3 KBSyd, any chance you can help me identify this hull. Purchased from Eureka, Illinois in a barn since the 80's. There appear to be many similarities to the first photo in this thread including the same bow fixture.
    thank you,
    Jimmy
