Default George Horiuchi: Web Site and Outboard Orphanage

I met George about four years ago. I liked him instantly. He lived on the corner, across from The Hauenstein's in Kingsburg, California.

I read his web site, and down loaded his story. I made all my history students read it....

George loves outboards and basically "ADOPTS" all comers. He has the only OUTBOARD ORPHANAGE in America. His health hasn't been too good, the last few years, and I told him, when I get some property, in Needles, that I'll take over his ORPAHNAGE, but I wanted to keep his name on it.

He had lunch with us, in Kingsburg a week or two ago...You'd like George....

PLEASE look at his site and reflect......

    Thumbs up Great stuff

This is a great site and good reading. I hope he chooses to join BRF and continue to tell his stories. We have a lot of young people on this site that would like to hear history like it happened [ good or bad ] not just the way it is told in school .
