How do you fancy trying a race in the UK next year. Our J class is very different to yours but if we can find you a competitive boat would you fancy visiting us here in England ? Might take a little organising and I'd need to find out about licenses and stuff but we are trying to build up the juniors here in the UK and this would maybe generate a lot of publicity for the sport. We could try and organize it around school holiday's etc and I'd try and secure some sponsorship. Anyway just an idea at the moment, if your keen to take it any further pm me and we will see what we can organize.
    Second Semester.

OK, That's probably even better as return flights from France to the UK could be as low as $60. KT I need to know how old you will be next year and what do you weigh, and I'll add a bit for living in France ! As soon as the calendar is finalized I'll PM your Dad and we will see if we can make it work.

KT will be 15 going on 16 next year. She weighs 125, and based off what her mom weighed most all of her life, she will stay there. The APBA J class limits kids to 290 LB minimum, and in her new boat, with safety gear, 15HP OMC engine, fuel, etc, she is right there. Do you have a rule book you could send us?

I make that 56kg so she is bang on the money, most of the other guys are the same. Currently the weight limit is 145kg or 319lbs but we want to put that up to 160kg the same as the UIM minimum for the JT class so as the kids get towards 15/16 they are still competitive with the 12/13 year olds. Most of the other drivers will be the same age.

How close will KT be to Rouen, France?

If I ever get to go to France, it would be when 24 hrs of Rouen is running - April 30-May 1 I want to see boats racing at night!

KT will probably meet up with one of the teams and end up going back to race with them the following year! How old do you have to be to race Rouen??

    Default That bad Vee boat....

How can I get one of them bad boys shipped over here? That thing just looks like a lot of fun and more enjoyable than a kneeler....
