Henry Wagner "Wagner Static" was his boat name...he was in the radio business...Maybe, his son Delroy...Chuck Parsons, Al Hart?? and I'm not guessing on the last one!!!..
We need Freddy or my brother...(You know, MY BROTHER ain't never seen a train wreck)...
My dad made Brass torq tubes (Towers/Midsections)...for the old 4:60's..My dad had built a "SHORT ROD" 4:60, which there were few, for himself, when he was buildting engine for Elgin Gates.....My dad realized his son, my brother, and he would probably not race together...my brother was getting drafted...CHUCK ALWAYS LIKED THOSE BRASS TORQUE TUBES...
So, MY DAD sold HIS 4:60 to Chuck Parsons....it was the best 4:60 he ever had...and being "OLD SCHOOL" he hated to switch to a MERCURY...This may have been Chuck's first Mercury...as "PIGGY BACK" F Runabout came in about the time the Merc did...

The person between Henry and Chuck is Teri's dad, Bob.

Here is another one for you, Hart Park, 1955.
My first race, May 16th, 1955.. I had a KG-4, Serial number 448916, Terrill runabout....We raced around that island...Manny was working on building Lake Ming. Last race at Hart Park, for us was in August 1958.
Both F Runabouts in this picture were Shirley Phantons...great pictures...JJ...
