there are & have been many greats. But, in my not so humble opinion, one stands out & above the greats; Bill (mr. BILL) Seebold . I never rooted for him , He did not need my cheers. he had his own know how & black magic. .................................................. .........................That's MY 2 cents worth .....And , he's a nice guy. At Sacramento , once, long after that days races were over ,he invited several of us spectators to his van, where he served us up beers of bud, busch& Michelob, &talked racing a good while , after ALL the other racers had left for the day.

Present Would Be Terry Rinker, Scott Gilman, Guido Capellini. In The Past There Were Many Greats. Jimbo Mcconnel, Renato Molinari, Bill Seebold, That's In My Opinion
Do not forget!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ron Ackerman...........From Ohio.

One of the best natural-talent drivers I've ever seen was Red Hindman.
Too bad not many people got to see him run during his short few years in OPC racing. But when he did drive, he was just incredible. Ask Scott Gillman.
I never saw Joe Burgess drive, but I'm told that Red had talent similar to his and Joe is frequently listed as one of the greatest ever.

Ron is still living in Portsmouth, Oh. He still shows up to the local race's. I pitted for Ron for ten years. I moved too Florida in 1984, I started racing stock and Pro Hydro's. I run SST 120 now and I own Ron's old #28. Do you remember Gordon Downard, weve got him back into racing, he runs SST60, he also live's in Portsmouth, Oh
