    Red face more pictures

    more pictures

The transom of 7x came apart after 20 laps the battery broke loose and the seat was loose so we repaired what we could.

Then by the end of the race the shifer broke loose, the seat broke loose and he was riding on the floor holding on and the engine was barly holding to the back of the boat but he finished and took 6th for div. 4

The couling was grey becasue we ran out of time to paint it a nice shinny black- but he it was easier for us to spot him.

Truth is MERC GUY....It ain't easy to rig two boats and generally get ready for a 300 mile race...plus race Bakerfield, San Diego....So, we got Pat's cowling out of the tracsh at the shop nexst to where I MAY get you a three bange Tohasu (Out of the trash).... She is a 2.5 EFI 260 blok with 40 CC heads and the box was set at 106. We ran regular gas a quater to five...Lane Curry fixed the gas, and Pat ran well....Lucky we had some duct tape or the transom may have fallen out with Pat's seat!!!!

Top two pictures are Tony Scarlata showing his bangages...Maybe, that isn't tru, as Tony never mentioned the burns...and I saw him working on The Body Snatcher, and I can't help but think he was in pain...

Third picture is Capnzee taking the Body Snatcher for a test lap.....(Yes, he busted it in the race...He's OK with an OUTDOOR but put him in an INDOOR and busts it every time!!!)...

Last picture...and I am the world's wort photographer...

EVERY racer has a roll or 2 in their trailer!! Gorilla tape works much better!

I gotta see that "trash" area where you got the cowl.............gotta find me one over the winter for my Baker "ski boat"..........could be a possiblity for next year's 300.....

    Default Help Me Here.....

Does Chad and the #34 boat look "Loose" to you??? Every lap I'd tell him to slow it down and Steven Curry would be giving him the thumbs up....I'm getting me an RC boat and I can slow it dow when I want to...

Serious, when I say I'm sorry boat #151 had trouble early...I guess we could say wait until next year....but DARN, "Wiskers" was fast, fast enough to win it all....

First picture, Pat Bowman and Steven Curry getting organized on Friday...Straw Hat is Lane Curry "TESTING" RC boats. Third picture is Diane Bowden...FRed's wife and Todd's mom..Probably the nicest woman i've ever known...Mrs. Jay Haughbaugh is to the right, aslo a great woman....4th pictures, to the right is Ken Wilcoxen...

5th picture is Pat Bpawens' jacker, and helmet...ready for "BATTLE". And Pat did have abattle...he there is always NEXT YEAR!!!

I'm glad everyone had a safe and fun race. The pictures are great, keep them coming. I am very disappointed that I didn't make the race, the first two were great, sounds like the third was even better...

Great pics. KT had Homecomming dance and comes back about midnight She and senior class step sister, sister Allie, who we will get hooking on boat racing yet, come back and tells Patti and I that she had fun, but she would have rather gone to Parker even though she was not driving to help out....

Our reply, KT, Parker will go on forever, every year until long after we're both gone. Homecomming is only 4 years of your life.

Great show from all those who went, I'll personally speak to the school to make sure Parker and Homecomming don't conflict next year

Default Could Not Have Been Better...

I went to dinner with Chad and Corey last night, we were all "BEAT" but very happy that everyone was SAFE...We don't know what next year will bring, but we do know, PARKER is PARKER and The Blue Water Casino people were VERY NICE to all of us...even their noisy was not too bad....The new wing of rooms should increase their business for next year.

I don't think we could have had more, even if we'd have won Overall again...

Dianna Kerns, BRF's excellent photographer, Pat Bowman, and Jim Harris, AKA, Jimmy Von Dutch, as we had him painting something again... Jim gacve his time to patrolling agin this year. Thanks, Jim...You know we always give they "SUTFF" when you are with us, but you also know we "LOVE YOU MAN"... With that said, plan that Broc and I will stay with you at Thanksgving (Thursday, Friday, night, as he'll go home after Saturday's racing...unless we stay for the SCSC Awards Ceremony)...for the SCSC race...No you won't have to patrol....Just come and keep us entertained...

Thanks also, to Dianna's Mom and brother, Bobby, for all their support ans help...We need you all on "The Well Oiled Machine That IS, Chad Hill Racing...." More oil maybe needed!!!!

    Default Boat 312

Boat 312, was in Division V and was driven by Randy Lewis of San Diego and Bob Kitchens of Mukilteo, WA. They were 7th overall and 2nd in their division. Great job guys!

    Default enduro photos 2

Loved the race. Loved the format. I'll definetly come back to watch next year.
Ran a bunch of lap times-That twin blown outdrive was by far the fastest inboard(by about 20 seconds) and the 55 Stoker was by far the fastest outboard(by about 25 seconds) that I timed.
    What great fun.

Second picture, I found the lag screws we needed for Pat's seat!!!
