Default SPAM: Ron Hill Propellers AKA PROP19

    Nice to meet you.
    I am boat-racing in Japan.

I want to consult Ron Hill about the propeller.
I want a propeller that is the best for this boat and new.
It is as follows for this boat and the current usage condition.

Boat Bob Cat (Made in CA,USA)
Type tunnel boat(It looks like sports-c.)
    The total length 3.9m(154inchi)
    The width 1.5m(59.1inch)
    Weight including engine(No driver) 190kg
    Weight of driver 80kg

    Engine YAMAHA30DES(6j8)
    Weight 61kg
    Deceleration ratio of gear 2.08

    Propeller used now
The outside diameter is 10.4-inch title, and the pitch is 17 inches.
I think that it is a propeller for 30 horsepower of the customized Mercury racing.
Hubs were exchanged for myself for the Yamaha 30 horsepower.
It is marked to this propeller with RON HILL.
Perhaps, my friend's Mr. Kondo is a bought from your shop in 15 years or more ago.

    In this specification...
    Maximum engine rev 8600rpm
    Maximum speed 105km/h(65.25mile/h)
3 blade cleaver propeller seem to be good for this boat.
    Chopper propeller is not good.

    Demand for propeller...
    lower the maximum rev.(From 7500rpm to 8000rpm)
    More speed 10km/h(6mile/h)

I want to buy the propeller from Ron Hill.
Perhaps, I want you to hear the opinion of Ron Hill though it is thought that it is the best to modify 18 inches
of the Mercury racing propeller of the same type.

Please teach how I may order.
As for the answer, mail and the message are acceptable.
Anything is answered if there is a question about the specification.

Please let me hear the opinion of the senior person in this place.

    Thank you

    Default Interstesting Ron Hill Propeller

Seems that prop is pretty old...So, is Ron Hill. Seems I've e-mail this gentleman...Hard to say when I made it, but probably for Bobby Carlson, when he was sending Bob Cat's to Japan....(That was when Sport C was getting started..like 1984????). So the prop is only 30 years old, just a kid of a prop!!!

    Default Prop Question

    Dear sir

I want a propeller that is the best for this boat and new.

    http://homepage2.nifty.com/s-nanami/boatraceindex.htm

Please look at the propeller photograph on the following site.
    http://homepage2.nifty.com/s-nanami/prop.htm

This propeller is what the friend has bought it in the specialty store in
California ten years or more ago.
It is a propeller for 30 horsepower of Mercury, the outside diameter is 10.4-
inch title, and the pitch is 17 inches.
I remodel for the Yamaha 30 horsepower and am using this.

It is marked to this propeller with RON HILL.

I am looking for the new propeller of 18-inch pitch of the same type.
In your company, is such a propeller sold?
Could you take the order from Japan?
I want you to teach details if it sells it.
If the custom is possible, I want to teach details of my boat.

Please give the answer to me by all means.
I am awaiting an answer seriously.

Default Poor Man's SST 60 or 15 HP Nose Cone

This is the cone I made for the 40-75 Nitro gearcase. These new ones have room to bore for a water line...

If I sand it down enough, she won't look like Dolly Parton, but I'll bet she'll fit on a 15 HP...
