    Thanks Tim,
If it is just one stud that should be an easy mod. If it is off just a little then you can open the hole up and make an offset bushing or you can plug and weld the existing hole and relocate it. Do you know which stud it is? I have welding and machining capability in the hobby shop. If it will be that simple I would be interested in a complete lower unit assembly for a 302.

I think it's one of the front one's if I remember.

I went through the same thing with my mod when the adapter plate I had was for a 102 and I had a 302 powerhead.

If anyone is selling a Y-302 tower, claps and foot I am interested in buying the full assembly.

    Default Almost ready to test

A few more things to do on Kaylee's boat and we will be ready to test. The pipe came for her 102 and we installed it, fired the engine and all seems fine.

    Default New 44 MOD Merc

With about 4 weeks until the NBRA season starts I have been working on finishing all the projects I started. One of the last ones is to complete the Electromotive ignition system for the new engine. Hopefully we will fire it this weekend.

    Default Z-Craft repair

Kaylee's boat will be completed tomorrow. WE need to make the new windshield and install the engine tie back. Should have the complete Y-302 tower and lower unit next Monday. Then we will mount the Y-102 power head on it and we will be able to run A and C stock, with the 302 and then use the 102 for CMOD. We will also run an 22 OMC in B-1 with the same boat.

    Default CMOD setup

Today we finished all but weighing the rig. Hopefully within the next couple days I will have the weighing system completed and we will get the baseline weight. We will use the same boat for A and C stock with a Y-302 along with running it with a Y-102 with a pipe. We have sorted out the stock setup and props last year and was wondering what would be a good starting place for a C MOD prop pitch and diameter.
