    Default mission accomplished

    jeff,

sent you a pm with the contact and left you a message at your work. the serial number is fb166. i'll write paul and get the scoop. thanks for your help. Let me know the shipping details and costs for the shipping and your pickup service. what's gas going for up there? it's just plain stupid down here. you need to buy gas in the morning before it goes up in the afternoon.

Jeez, my instructions were not to let the proverbial cat out of the bag but Frank let the whole herd out.....

Frank, I really think you need to buy my truck to haul all that stuff around I'll sell it for book not taking into account the in-dash navigation or DVD player

    Default trailer hitches

    dave,

i bet i could haul a lot of stuff with your truck. but with the price of deisel i'm thinking of getting a trailer hitch put on the vette. gas is cheaper and i can use mid grade and still get 30mph on the highway. wonder what the trailer would do at 120

you should have come up last weekend. we could have played 'denton'. just like it did all those years at denton..... IT RAINED.

    Default tranquility base... houston

tranquility base.... have a safe flight home..... will have national coverage of your landing.

jeff.... funny you used the space program lingo.... my brother-in-law went up in the space shuttle 2 times. his first name is roger and the crew did the routine from the movie 'airplane' with the 'roger' skit..... houston failed to see the humor in it. the crew thought it was funny. he also got in trouble floating by the camera during a live feed with a teddy bear sticking out of his flight suit my sister gave him they let him go up again. but the funniest thing that happened was after the second flight and being in space for 15 days he came back and the first night back had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night..... well for 15 days he floated there..... well he forgot where he was and fell out of bed. my sister asked him what happen and he explained to her. she said welcome to gravity. all true stories.

thanks for all your help jeff. you da man!

I took the elbows off, and removed the powerhead from the tower tonight. I also oiled the cylinders cause' they seemed very dry.
The upper cylinder dosn't have the compression that the lower one does.........hope it's just something simple like a stuck ring.
Noticed that someone stamped "PRO B" on the upper cylinder too.

Going to box her up tomorrow. I'll line the box in a garbage bag, them put all the parts and the rest of the engine in another bag, then spray foam all around it so it'll arrive to you in one piece. I'll remove all the fragile things I can from the powerhead to aviod any breakage.

I'll ship it DHL on Monday.
