    Hi genetjr!

Whats the set up in the photo for your 'avatar'?
Looks like its getting along pretty well.
Do you race it or just for fun.
Very similar to some of the stuff we have going on down here in OZ in our local dinghy club.
    Cheers

Well its confirmed......you lot as crazy (or crazier) than us 'Down Under'.
40HP on 10ft tinnie = madness. FAST but Mad! Lol!

Did you do anything special to the bottom of the hull?
A local fella used to run a flat bottom with two 'sponsons' underneath. When it got going was nearly all out of the water. Had that thing going damn quick with a 25-30 HP too. Also running cleaver.
Can't run surface piercing props in our racing anymore. Have never been allowed to "externally exhaust" engines.
Insurance said getting too quick....especially in the creeks where there are alot of snags and logs.

    Cheers!
