225 ficht ram

I would like to know, if it is possible to modified the 225 ficht ram setup, to give more rpm and horsepower.
how to abolish the rpm limiteur

The 225 and 250 and HO are the same engine with different setup...so...it is only the ECU setup so...

if its ficht injection!

get rid of the injection and bolt V8 carby's to it or get a mad efi injection system for it!

thats the general rule of thumb for those things

ok, you know somebody who has a 225cv ficht ram equiped with mad efi ?

yeah theres a guy here in Aus with a full mad efi setup on a ficht block and its near on 400hp but that was a big dollar engine!

im not sure why but i was told that the ficht engines werent that good!

have you sture information about the ficht are not good engine?

It is near the same powerhead like the carbs engine 3liter....

perhaps electronics spares are not good?

i think it was more about the inlection system or something! i think it had a tendancy to lean out on oil or on fuel and cause damage that way!

I haven't information about the engine, and the possiblity tunning of this engine.

Do you know the max RPM of the engine before limitor?
Mad efi it is not possible for ficht ram say me Mr Taylor.Problem with injector

mad efi is regrettebly not run by mr Wayne Taylor after he past away earlyier in the year!

but i hear they are still going! i will find out from this guy here in Aus cause i am 100% he is running a ficht block but he is running Motec injection system with a Mad efi Slide front on it!

Limiter is at 6150. Darren is running a heavly modified ficht block on one engien other is a e-tec block and they have Motec. The system works very well but is complicated. To run a mad efi system you would need to take off the ficht sytem.
