    I think the gearcase is about 3:1 so with 25 pitch at at 5500Rs [conservative est.] your at about 40-42 depending on efficiency. If the gearcase is a different ratio this would be out the window.

    Default 25p on Fishing motor

    Turning the 13 X 25P on Clydes Ride 5,000rpm is about 46mph.
    No trim , notice that moving back in boat increases speed with no change in rpm. The cup definitely makes a difference which bumps the speed up and makes my spreadsheet wrong . Am looking for 50' s with low water pu on the 15:28 case and a little exhaust work.

    was adding that at a potential 5500, actual Rs youll get, ride conditions, slippage & resistance are a ruff guess. [in my experience usually less than ya hope for ]
