Yeah! There's a better plan. You might even get more respect from your buddys for going 'pro'!

Yes, Toby..... You're a pro, too.... Maybe not an old pro, but a pro.

    Default Good Point

Good Point Mark!! But I think I have to say this but I believe this guy is a accident waiting to happen. Without the capsule training and no divers around, guys nuts. On another note I wouldn't sell him a boat if he is going to cut it all up for lake racing. That old boat of George Youngs is nice and fast just the way it is, I have raced against it.

On another note Mark you and Tammy ready for Lakeland?

60sst racer, I have a 88 mustang that runs 10s @ 126 mph. I drive it every week on the road because I can. Street tires in the rain you name it. It is a street car. Freinds say put a C-4 in and go race. Thats not me. I have a yamaha banshee that has ran 6.44 @ 100.7mph in the 1/8 mile. I HAVE HAD a 12' true tunnel that ran mid 70s 12 yrs ago. I had it for 10 years, 3 of them matter of fact. I am not new to speed. I worked at the local Yamaha dealer for 7 years. I have been in more death trap juck than you all can imagine. I have been in more boats than most of you ever will. And for sure more hours on the water than 90% of you all. I am conservative. I am NOT a dumbaxx. Why do most of you think this way? I am also looking into a tunnel because at 75mph my little Allison is getting real close to the point of no return. Why have yall not noticed that, with all the concern and doubt? I just bought a new house. I plan on enjoying it. The last thing that will happen is me jumping into a fresh hull and with no seat time and fresh experiance go out and try to break records the first time out and wind up upside down. If I had the time to commit I would buy a whole rig and come race, but then most of you would probably try to talk me out of that also. It is shamefull that some of you went to throwing that out there. I have had my car from 1992. I am thinking of selling it. It will not be sold to someone who has no experiance. I do not need to sell it, just kind of thought about it. I am not one who woke up this morning and decided that I want a 90 mph tunnel boat and never even been in the water. I will tell most of you this, don't EVER be a coach for any team of any sport as long as yall live. Unless winning is not an option.

I dont get it.........ya' all warned him and now leave it alone......if I had people like that around me I would never race…… The first race boat I ever took out was fully blown Formula 1 (mod-u) boat,… prior to that (years before) I driven only 40 mph pleasure boat. I went with my brother to a race and got crazy idea to try his boat. Since I was not registered and had no license or capsule training we had to go to the other lake….needles to say after handful of laps I got instantly hooked and with in next few weeks I had my own Champ Boat.
Just saying leave the guy alone and let him be….he’s an adult and capable to take care of him self….and if not….he's got fair warning….maybe….just maybe he gets itch to prove him self and comes to race for real,… you never know.

PS; I got nice Champ/Formula 1 boat, ....wanna buy that.....lol....
