    on endeavor in the last year in accident died new zealander kim newcombe developed the boat engines factory könig/berlin running engines in the classes 350cm³/500cm³ with solo - and bottom plate of motorcycles with success started.
    there is two clock-double boxer engines with water cooling and plates turn slidegate valve inlet into the two ( ever two cylinders supplying) cranking chamber.
    propelled on that separated cultivated "norton/schaftleitner" - six gradate Gear wheel transmission over inverted-tooth chain.
    the achievement is equal to the other one to higher.

    König 500cm³ - times differently

    the conception the boxer engine leads with long installation too longer primarychains.
    for the reason the attempt in the factory, the engine in the angle to insert
    perhaps there are problems with that weight position change - see later we. (the latter is freely translated)

    busch/könig - sidecar 500 cm³

    dieter busch, also for enders (name) are enough year prominent sidecar built, developed for the running driver steinhausen (name) one sidecar with könig engine.
    works also here a double boxer two more tackter over externally cultivated transmission with 5/6 gradate.
    with 10000 rpm the strength is 95 HP.
    propelled the water pump with double drive belts, the horizontal rotary valve over toothed belts.

    I think Dieter would have been very pleased to know that people are still restoring and running his engines in vintage sidecar races in Europe. Many other makes of engines are still available in good numbers for someone wanting to race, but the onig 500cc engine is still the ultimate prize.
