    Default Porting suzuki dt25c

I've got a 3 cylinder suzuki 25 hp, have done a lot of little minor stuff, but I got a powerhead waiting to be juiced up with a little porting. Although I've been playing with it, thats all I can do is play.... I'm looking for someone who is knowledgable with porting a dt25c. Is there any dt25c experts out there?
    Thanks
    Jonathan

    Default Inline 3Cyl 25/30 Suzuki.....

If you were to pull the front off the air silencer & observe the throttle plate position @ WOT they should not be fully open on a 25hp. The 30hp opens the plates completely. You just need the center carb belcrank for a 30hp.

    Default me too!

    Hi Hurricane and others,

I would also be interested to hear any suggestions on how to get one of these going a little harder.
Feel free to PM me if you have any suggestions.

Biggest hurdle with the Suzuki is the Rev Limiter which is controlled by the CDI box. Not easily bypassed like the Yamaha 30.

Big advantage with the Suzuki is it will spin a higher pitched prop than the Yam. OMC 10X17 is great if you can find one. Obviously needs rebushing and some machining done to fit prop housing etc. but they work good.
