I have a set, NOS, but not sure if the type you want.
Did he not do more than one run for the FEH racers?
Best ask him what I have.
They are #9886P2, 3.020", 2 ring, flat top, small pin?

I do have what all of you Mod50 addicts should have
Since i sold my motor, it looks silly on the wall.
An original OMC engineering office drawing, full size,
of the NR19S gear box, released MAR08, 1976.
    It is about 3 x 4 feet.

    Default Phil McDaniels pistons

For all, Phil actually ran a third set of pistons this winter. I'm not sure if he has any left as they sold quickly. Check with him first, if he's out I may part with a set.

I guess a map office could do it
    I will ask around.
last time I worked in a design office, ~'70s,
we did blue prints off the pencil original.
    What do they do now?

Tim Kurcz, hey, i took my hull out, first time this season, had 11gals of LL100 and some DX100 a qt or so. fuel pressure would not come up on the rail ( needle
open was thinkin) loaded a shot gun rider and chugged out to the no speed limit zone, harbor master gave me a tail escort all the way,
i lit her off and pulled to 5500rpms, felt good, i pulled her to 7500rpms, lookin like all that and about 5 bags of chips! i stayed on her at that pace for about a mile, i did have to lift for some rollers, but was right back on it on re-entry, i could feel her washin out. so do i need to do anything different to run your set up with my Cater fuel pump.
    thanks

    Default Fueling

    Hey Fred,

Sounds pretty good. By washing out do you mean the prop, or is the engine going flat? If the engine is flattening out, you might have a cooling issue, not fueling. You've got to be certain to achieve 3-1/2 PSI fuel. If it falls at high revs, install a smaller retrictor downstream and get it back up. Good luck!

    Tim
