Thumbs up Brand New, but old at heart

    Website of "New" Cat

This is a brand new wood catamaran being made by one of our Power Cat group members.
The client this is being made for intends to use the boat as a work boat along the Texas Coast
and will be powered by a outboard jet motor for shallow water work. David Lemke's background
is well centered in the Power Cat genre, and grew up around the Power Cat folks in Victoria Texas.
The construction techniques and design methods are all brand new state of the art. But the heart
of this boat is pure Power Cat.
    Check it out.. Excellent workmanship..

    Default The Making Of.....

Pretty cool, very interesting. This is a good work flow showing the steps and all the effort being put into such a project. I would like the see the final project with engine and all. What can be said, the workmanship is to be proud of.

    Smile Tunnel hull construction

Very interesting and a great job. How did you determine what you wanted in the CAD design like: length, tunnel width, tunnel height, sponson planning width, etc.? Were you able to determine from the program the weight of the constructed hull?
