    Default Exhaust Question

What is the best way to modify the exhaust on a Suzuki DT25C? I've heard of drilling holes in it. Anything else? Is there really a performance gain or are you just moving the powerband.

Check to make sure the butterflies on the carbs are opening all the way. The carb sensor on the middle carb will have to be changed a bit as it is set to detect WOT at the factory set position. The switch controls the timing advance compared to the butterfly opening. Short of switching carbs and reeds, this is about the best you can do without totally fouling up the power band.

I already have the butterflies open horizontal. How do I go about changing the sensor? Will this increase performance? Thanks
