This Stoker has a V-8 on it and it is For Sale at Apple Valley Marine...I was showing a guy on Perfomrance Boats what the plates look like on a Stoker....but I could only post one picture...

Would Micky consider selling this boat without the engine/controls--might make a good Cor-2.0.There are a couple of guys interested in joining our ranks if we can find the boats. Revolution has certainly slowed us down.

Default Mickey Doesn't Own This Boat

If Mickey did own it, we would be rigging it for a COR 2.0

    Default It's mine...

I've gone back to school, so I'm broke at the moment... Make me an offer...

I haven't really been advertising it for sale other that dragging it over there and having the old man drop it off at Apple Valley Marine... It's probably too heavy to run in the Classic Mod-VP class though...

Default Well, Maybe I Will Make You An Offer

How about I sell the V-8 to anyone anywhere and I put a 2.0 liter on it and we turn it into a Classic Outboard and you can drive when you want to race.

With all the seats an all out of the boat, and a 2.0 on it, I'd bet it would be close to the weight...

And, if you decided to sell the boat, we could maybe find a 2.5 powerhead to drop on...

Going to Apple Valley Marine on Thursday!

Default If you can find someone that wants the V8...

    Ron,

If you can find someone that wants the V8, be my guest... I'd rather have a Merc hanging on the back of it anyway, parts are getting hard to come by for that monster... It is propless by the way... I never replaced the one that threw a blade last year, but it's got a completely new LU on it (when the blade went, it took the LU gears and propshaft with it)...

As far as driving (racing) it, I really am NO budget right now... I decided to head back to school because jobs are so scarce, and I'm working about enough to make ends meet (they don't always meet, but it will be worth it in the end)... I don't really see me racing this year, only because the gas to get to the races isn't even in the budget! I miss it though, and once properly back to work will find a way to get out there (with this boat or another one)...

I still think it will be heavy... Whoever had it before me really beefed up the transom for the V8, and it's not a light layup to begin with...

The engine itself should be in decent shape... Al had it on the prop dyno at 310-315hp last year, so it's making decent power...

    Thanks!

    Steve...
