TCPBA has a Sport C driver that travels from Michigan. I am sure they would be interested. They have 2 possible sport c hulls but only field 1 boat at this time. If you would like the teams contact information contact me privately at brian@tabararacing.com .

The Sport C driver resides in Hancock Michigan (U.P.)

    Regards,
    Brian

Hancock is a long way from the the R6 races. Are you looking at building a series and running with OPC or trying to get MHRA to get them to run it at their races?

Willing to help since I run both already.

Hereís the thing that makes life so interesting the theory of evolution states that only the strong survives but the theory of competition says just because they are strong doesnít mean they canít get their asses kicked donít surprised if somebody decides to flip the script and take a pass on yelling uncle and then suddenly the old saying goes weíve got ourselves a game....

Default racing schedule in region 8

good morning MN1 we are having a tcpba meeting tonight and i will be able to give you a tenative schedule. you can also visit our web site at tcpba-racing.com for all the stuff happening in the region. there is going to be some tough competition next year. every one is returning next year and we here rummers that Tom Krattawell will be returning to the sport with a brand new revalution sport c boat. also brian tabara is threatening to return to sst 120 -sst200 next year. and always the vp class will be hosting a bigger and better field. if anybody can come watch these guys run, man they bring the fans to there feet, it's wirth the trip by itself.
p.s. how do you use spell check? region 8 chairman Donny Lick

Looks good! I had been to an OPC race in St Cloud, MN in the 70's. Back when Chris Bush ran in the FG class.

    Default TCPBA races

We went to a few of the Pine city races as early as the mid 70s.
It was a really beautiful area, but the weather sure can be iffy.

What about Beloit for next year?
Any potential for a race there next year? I missed the race there last summer and it is only an hour away for me.

I have a moderate amount of confidence i can get Cumberland WI on board for a 2 day race this year with the TCPBA as well...we used to race there in the 60s/early 70s from what I've been told.
