Hill Marine is like the Hill Family. We never had secrets. We always told people exactly what we did and how we di it. We'd built them a boat, a motor or a prop...or sell them ours.

Most companies reflect the founders beliefs. Hard work, love, dedication, luck....make companies grwo.

We usually use VIRGIN, meaning new 15-5. Remelts are usually harder, so we save our remelts of MUD Motor weedless propellers as they run in the mud and the harder the better there!

We can cast aluminum and brass, but are finding sand cast aluminum is easier and cheaper...
Nose cones are made from aluminum...

One secret, the casting comes out like the wax, therefore the waxes need to be perfect before dip.. This is why Hill Marine made their wax room a controlled temperature room and the dip room is also a controlled temperature room.

Some of Hill Marine's customer's motor must be with in 200 RPM or it will void their warranty. Therefore these props need to be on the money, almost like good forging.
