cancelled events on the west coast

so far on the west coast mainlly region 11 i have seen 4 events cancelled due to lack of entries what has happed to all the drivers this year are they taking the year off,,retired,no money to race tell us why you are no longer racing to get a better understanding why you are not racing

Havasu Laning was cancelled due to low entries.
Indio was cancelled by the County of Coachella Valley (Quadra Mussel threat).

I myself have more responsabilities at work, with less pay, that has kept me from traveling outside of Region 12 this year. I do see improvements in my status for traveling in 2012.
