Found this picture of Bill....Bill was from Wapakoneta, OHIO or some such name. Good guy, hard charger.....This is an all aluminum tunnel hull built by Jan Schonover in Lima, Ohio...I think!

Here is another pix of Bill Petty. Back in the 80s, I was a young commercial pilot looking for a job. I made the drive over to the Wapakoneta Neil Armstrong Memorial Airport to hand out a few resumes. I talked to Bill Petty's chief pilot at the time and looked at their Falcon jet. Is Bill still alive?

I'm not sure if he is alive. I would have thought if he were alive, he might have showed up at reunion or on BRF....
