does anyone have a link or compilation with diameters and dimensions of the different spline shafts? I need a prop with 17mm (=0.6693") straight hole- therefor i could take a prop with splined hub and bore/ream it out, if there's enough material.

but i always read "10 Spline", "13 Spline", or which engines it will fit, but nothing about the inner diameter between the teeth.

what about this Chopper Prop (http://www.ebay.com/itm/13-Spline-Ron-Hill-Chopper-Outboard-Racing-Propeller-/400166535466?pt=Boat_Parts_Accessories_Gear&hash=item5d2bc8c12a&vxp=mtr)- can anyone give me the inner diameter of the hole?

regards,
simon

I will take some measurements, but generally, a 13 spline prop will fit, OMC V-4, three cylinder OMC's, Nitro gearcase OMC's any 13 spline Merucry or Yamaha Motor.

My 10 splines will fit Tohatsu 30, Yamaha 30, Mariner 10 splines and Mercury 25 HP ten spline. Mercury 10 spline won't fit the other motors, but the other 10 spline motor will fit Mercury.

So far the only 14 spline motors I deal with are OMC 25-35 HP.

I think the 13 spline OMC fits all 13 spline motors. The large diameter is .980 and the inside diameter is .890.

Does this help?? And what are you trying to do!

What about a 1980 25hp OMC? it is the old split case - it has a 13spline shaft and smaller diam then the 1980 75hp OMC. Sorry, no dimensions here.
But I wondered if you made a chopper style for that 25hp lower?
