I saw where George Bignotti had died. I met Georgw when my brother was running Drake Engineering, building the VW Mini Indy engines, the Offy 4 and the Drake V-8. My brother was working with Chrysler on build them an Indy motor, but Chrysler wasn't doing well in the late 1970's. George was 97 when he passes. This picture of him and the Drake V-8 would have been 1978-79 era. He was the chief mechanic for Bobby and Al Unser, Goerdon Johncock, AJ Foyt (Twice), Graham Hill and Tom Sneva.
