Does anyone know the differences between the -1988 and -1989 oil injectiom pumps? They do have different part numbers at boats.net, but that is all I know. I got a "new" block -1989, but I have only pumps for -88 and -90 models and the 1990 oil pump have different bolt holes than the -1989 block so it does not fit for sure. But the question is: does the 1988 oil pump fit a 1989 block? Or do I have to get a 1989 pump also...
