Anybody can tell me somethnig about rev limiter or cdi?

I feel a cutoff when run in high revs.

The rev limiter should kick in about 6100. Take the cover off the CDI case on the back of the engine, theres a grey wire that loops out of the bottom of the CDI box and back in. Cut this wire and it disables youre rev limiter.
