Would I have issues if I locked the spark advance on a 3 holer...I am have issues with my dead man throttle pulling the complete throttle/spark assembly...too much force required in stock configuration setup for my throttle...or is there something the racers use that would help my prob..thanks, george

I don't see a problem with it. All my race engines are locked down.

Thanks...Do you have a photo of how you are setting your throttle up at the engine...I have some ideas, but don't want to reinvent the wheel...thanks in advance...george

If I install the throttle per stock set up, there is so much force on the dead man throttle to retract the wire in the cable, that the wire bent on my throttle. I was just asking if you disable the spark actuator and lock it down, do you still use the normal setup for the butterflies...?

yes if you still want to use the return spring in the arm or no if you want to use your own spring
