What do I have here?

I´ve been buying some old racing motors and boats recently. I know this is a Yamato, but not sure which one. I KNOW FOR A FACT that many of you here know exactly what it is! The good news is that this little guy has only seen the water twice! It´s dusty and dirty but like-new.
I also picked-up a Mercury 402 X with perhaps one hour on it!
