One of the casualties of the BRF website crash in early 2021 was the loss of the Dudley Malone collection which I had started to post. So, I will start it up again. These first 2 AOF newsletters appear to be from March 1972, one a newsletter and the other a newsletter which appears to have been in an edition of Hydroplane Quarterly.

I know how it is to spend a lot of time to download stuff and try as hard as possible to get in in order Dale, then to lose it all. You have to be dedicated to suck it up and do it all over again. We all thank you for all that you have done for our sport and go over and above to help preserve the history of outboard racing. You won't hear from most of the readers, especially since so many aren't much on typing or computers, but I can guarantee everyone appreciates your contributions.

I really got a laugh out of "The New Look" blurb that encouraged racers to look more professional. Having raced back then, I know it's true that most of us looked like "bums in boats."
