You must have seen that picture with the Merc ignition on it. It's gone, and we are using basically a stock setup that will spin to about 9k right now. It's going to be changes to a Yamaha system, unless I can come up with the green for an MSD system.

But it just looks spooky without a helmet:eek:

Are you going to put some paint on her...?

I very rarely go out without a helmet, and only if there are other boats out there. Even then I keep it under 6500. I do always wear the Lifeline, or in those pictures a regular vest cause it was the first trip out in it.

I'm trying to figure out if I'm just going to do some graphics or leave it alone for the rest of the race season.

Ted, solid yellow is cool, nice lookin boats. This thing used to be red, white & blue, and while I am a patriotic American they are not my ideal colors for a boat! I have a friend who is a graphic designer and he loaded a pic into Illustrator to play around with designs.

Don Chico, I'm no guru but I'd leave the Yamaha alone until I talked to Hydrotech (417-725-5746 or info@hydrotecmarine.com ). THEY are the Yamaha gurus.
