That picture was taken at a 1000ft. radar run at Lake Kosh, That was 109 mph. in a 1000 from a dead stop. The other pic was taken at the finish line at Blarney Island.

do you know if anyone got any clean shots of Clinemarks GPS run at the Rumble yrs back???
I'm sure he was too far away unless maybe someone in a boat had a camera??

For those not aware, some friends and I help put on a kinda "Outlaw OPC" style of event and part of it used to be GPS runs.
Anyone could enter any boat as long as it was clip on powered.

Gave each driver a hand held GPS and 15 mins to put up a #.

Conditions were border line at best especially considering the speeds some of these guys were running.
Was run on the Ohio River so ad current movement into the equation as well.

Dennis Vitola from here in Fla won it w/a pass of 128 in his STV River Rocket but the show of the weekend (decade??) was clearly Gohrs buddy Jeff Clinemark in his Allison.

Again, the conditions were enough that the fast guys were getting out of their tunnels and saying they weren't comfortable.

So here comes Clinemark.

Down river from behind a freagin barge! Swear.
It was down to a slow speed but still leaving a wake.
I was on the ramp watching and recording #s.
Jeff has the bitch on a freagin string!
Sounded like Gohrs motor on back was spinning 19.000 RPM!
Every one waited on Jeff to lift for the barge wake knowing he was out of time and on his last run.
The freagin lunatic DID NOT LIFT!

Came into the ramp where we were all waiting an handed the GPS to Bill......
125!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the most incredible displays of Vee Bottom driving I have ever seen.

Oop's. Sorry.

So anyway, any pixs or video of that pass Bill??
