The Russ Hill Point System

I'm really like Grover on Sesame Street. The first time I ever saw this point system it made perfect sense to me...Trouble with it, it is TOO HONEST.....

Any questions on how it would be used??? Only for National Points, not heat races...Heat races would be scored like always.

Boat count would be boats in the water, trying to make a start...

Your point system is much like that used in A K C dog showes .The more dogs in the ring the high the points your dog wins. It is easy to track as only the winner gets points. It takes 15 , before you are achampion.
