yes there are several omc 15 to 25 hp racing engines and you can buy them straight from OMC the (15hp) and can even get a racing lower unit upgrade and come race stock outboard in 1 of the largest...

you should give Jim Ruck from Oshkosh WI a call i bet he can fix you right up with what you are wanting to do! he works on 2 4 6 cyl Merc and OMC engines all the time
