    bill burgess this should interest you.I believe it is your ss 201 schiada 427 L88.I have owned it for 16 yrs .

    I live in Niagara Falls, Canada .Still has the 427 L88 in it rebuilt with more gofast parts .I have all the original parts from when i purchased it 16 yrs ago. Turns heads everywhere i go ,planning on putting it back to it's original race form some day.

    Hi again,
    Fancy that, oh by the way the boat also was Eastern Divisional Champion first time in the water. The last race was at New Martinsville, VA. broke a valve the day before we tested at Schroeders in Wheatfield the night before the boat ran 117 MPH. We would have had the worlds record then and still, however
    That boat was built special for me by Len himself and was blueprinted for a record. It is I see still well kept so glad To see it again. I maybe up this fall to the Buffalo Launch Club regatta. I bought my first boat back a 1931 Chris Craft powere by a 460 Ford, that boat broke around Grand Island in 1963, averaged 73 Mph. Keep in touch

    Hi Bill, When you ran 117mph what prop and gears did you run ? Was the v drive a hallcraft ? Whom did you sell it to?

    I ran 18 gears, 11 1/4 x 16 AT 7000 rpm. I still have one of my 2 blades. Yes it had a Hallcraft gear box

    I sold it to prop mann in Orilla, Canada, He passed about three or four years ago.
