Is this a late 70s omc works driver?

Can anyone out there please reveal the drivers identity of this late 1970s possibly early 80s OZ rig?

Can you read any of the names on the cowl? From here the first name kind of looks like "Woods" - Could it be Barry Woods? The face sort of looks like him.

Agonizingly I just can't read the names but your'e right it does look a little like Woods. It Appears to be some sort of marathon race but with no background for clues I haven't even got the slightest idea where the race could be.
