Hey I know it?s been a few years since you had this issue and I?m glad you got it fixed. I believe I am having the exact same issues on my 2003 15hp Mercury. Would you happen to have any photos of how you fixed it or do you remember exactly which part you replaced? Currently debating whether just buying a new tiller arm would be easier than attempting to open it up and try and fix it. Any help would be appreciated thanks
