Hey Ron, is the mini enduro on for sure? Also, will there be rules out that define what class various combinations of engine and hull will fit into?
The Mini Enduro is not a "for sure" as I told Ron I wanted to see at least 30 entries (legitimate) before I went further on the Event. I have both days reserved and I believe approved with the CG regarding for the BWRC Enduro '300' on October 21 so maybe the 22 (Sunday) could work. I learned a lot about those that are truly interested (which I am not saying anyone that post's isn't) and those that just love typing, so needless to say a committment from the racers goes a long way in terms of credibility to hang myself out to put on a race. It looks like this may have some "legs" but I would like to be able to approach the resort & CG any my own organization with a guarantee that race will be a success (at least not lose money).
Keep posting your intentions to race and when we reach 30, I will take the next step to make this race a reality. I won this race in 1997 with Steve Powell when I still was driving and it truly was my FAVORITE race of the year so it would mean alot to bring this race back as I did with the BWRC '300' Enduro.
Thank you for your support!
Ross Wallach, RPM Racing Ent.
ross I believe it was 1998 that you and Steve won. Steve and I won in 1997. Bill jr. and I will have at least 1 fat c for the mini enduro and are working on a second boat. By the way I was one of your sponsers in 1998! SR.
It was 1998 as I had go home and check the trophy that Steve and I won the overall and the SST-45 division and of course you were one of the major sponsors of the RPM, Allison Marine, Hoffman boats, sponsored entry. My mistake, ...so sue me,.... JK. Hey are you and Jr. coming to Parker in April? To race, help, etc.? Let me know when you get a moment.

Gentlemen, when speaking of "I": has any one ever saw the word "TEAM" spelled with an "I"? Never been one in team, never been one in "TEAM-WORK" and there ain't never gonna be! When my team won the National Championship in 1984- I drove, but I had an engine builder, a prop man, a boat builder and even the crew that helped me get the boat in the water to thank and that goes for all walks in life, whether racing or putting a race on! The TEAM drank a lot of champagne that night Capnzee

Rod, you are absolutely correct. TEAM is always better than I.In 1997 we had had agreat crew chief and motorman-Jimmy Johnson! Terrific support from Rick and Dianne Hoffman.Other personal friends who helped in the pits and made our win more satisfying. THANKS for reminding team and success go hand in hand! Please let me know where and when you want me to start delivering posters. Bill Reiter sr.
Racing was always a team effort and the best times I can remember was all of us (all the teams) together helping each other get to the start line then partying like rock stars when it was over and getting up and doing again the next day, the racing was tough but the most fun I ever had. I stand firmly corrected- "when my TEAM won the Mini-Enduro in 1998, when I still was driving and it truly was my FAVORITE race of the year so it would mean alot to bring this race back as the TEAM did with the BWRC '300' Enduro."
I want to make sure no one was alienated or offended due to my insufferable
attitude.
Lastly, Pop did win the Calcutta, no team effort there just Pop, plain and simple!
Regards,
Ross
