    Looks like a late model (1970's) Super Speedmaster.

    Yeah, the parts you are missing are hard to find
    Since 1925, about 150 different racing outboards have been made.

    Thanks , for confirming my suspection ( model and part availability ).
    If I can find parts for it, it would be nice , if not ... I would still sleep at night
