I talked to Indianapolis's Bob Thompson today. Bob owned "Just Add Water Racing"...Kenny Stevenson, Art Kennedy and Ben Robertson are some who drove for Bobby Thompson. He and Jim Boos, owner of Turbo Proipellers have always been the best of friends.

Bob is kind into golf, now as he owns a golf course or two, don't honestly know what he own, but I know he bought a marina in Kentucky to run tunnel boat in...He told me, today, that his Marina, of which I don't know the name, is across the river from the largest casino in Kentucky..."Bob is promoting his Champ boat race in KY on Aug 17th - 19th and getting a boat ready for the event......" The quote is from Benny Robertson....

What's totally cool here, Bobby is promoting a Champboat Race, but he wants to come to the Blue Water Resort and Casino 300 Enduro and RACEW with his son and Benny Robertson...Bob says he a Jim Boos will come out for the race, and he'd like to stay a couple of weeks...

"JUST ADD WATER" was always a TOTALLY CLASS TEAM....

As I topld Bob, if I recover from the DePue Reunion, maybe I'll fly back and see his race....only fair, as he's coming to OUR RACE!!!!

JUST AN FYI: TURBO PROPELLERS MAKES MOST, IF NOT ALL OF YAMAHA'S PROPELLERS....Bob Thompson's RIG will be a Yamaha POWERED...Talon or such, Division V....They won't come for a boat ride!!!!

I can remember being at Kankakee one year and running around on a little motor cycle and running into Bob's motor home. Boy was I scared to see this big guy come out and give me crap and laughing the whole time. I can remember the whole entire day and night he kept reminding me about hitting it. I felt so embarrassed.
