1967 Carlson Contender (budget boat)

First time poster, long time lurker! I love this site and have gleaned alot of usefull knowledge from you all.
This is a hull that I picked up a year ago in Portland ($300), the 68 100hp is a $125 fixer that my cousin bought and went thru and made into a shortshaft (thanks Russ!) and a "free boat" trailer that we made into a tunnel trailer.
Only had time to take it out once before winter set in. Worked real well, but we have some more fine tuning to sort it out completely. Hope you all enjoy the pictures.
