Dave...who is this? Hinton Pro Nationals 1977.
The legendary Jane Smith at the Pro Nationals at Hinton, West Virginia in 1977. Jane was the first woman racer I read about when I first started racing. I later met her and Ralph...and their dog. Great people. I wish Henry Shakeshaft would get on here and talk about his Mom and Jane. He was close to Jane, and he has lots of untold stories about his Mom Elenore.
Here's one of Malcolm Harden on the outside, but who is it on the inside? Hinton Pro Nationals 1977.
One more...who is this rookie 26 F? Hinton, West Virginia Pro Nationals 1977.
last one for tonite. L 11. I should know who this is, but I don't. Once again, Hinton West Virginia 1977.
Wayne,
That rookie is Frank Milner. He was running John McCorvey's 125 Yamaha engine. John had an opportunity to run the Konig that belonged to Walt Blankenstein, so he lent his to Frank. John designed the boat, he and Frank built it. Gary Pugh won that year in 125 (M). Frank finished 2nd.
