Not much more on a course like old Lakeland Fla. Jim Stone ran 98 + with a D Konig. I think this was 1979. Jimbo held the APBA MOD 50 Kilo at about 112 in this time . Not trying to start anything, just would like some history on this. Very few people would think that a motor this size would run this fast,They think that a Allison with a hot 2.5 is really fast going 100 mph.
Always heard the rumor about Mike Lopez and the sleeved down 56........ decided to test the theory. As stated before, much as it's intriguing, we'll never see F3 speeds because Mods run gas & oil. I'll be glad to see one of the twins get laps speeds of 90 for 1 mile 3-lap. Can't wait!
