On the race course have seen a top speed of 59.9 on the gps, seems to run better bouncing over the waves on the race course, I don't have the power to fly the boat when testing on the lake it seems, the rough water breaks it good and loose.
I'm running four inches of set back now and may try another 2 inches to see if that makes any difference. I've raised and lowered the motor but that doesn't seem to get me the speeds in testing that I've seen on the race course, now the 58-59's are just the recalled max speed I've recorded after the race and not a consisent running speed on course, but it does give me the indication that it will run.
I believe the current powerhead is tired as I only have around 125lbs of compression, but I could be wrong.
